 The project site is located along Molino 4, Bacoor, Cavite
- Barangay Pasong Buaya is situated at the boundary of two (2) towns, Bacoor and Imus. From Manila, Bacoor is the first town encountered when entering the province of Cavite followed by Imus.
- The project site is about 20 kilometers from Makati City and only nine 9 kilometers from the Imus town proper.
- Right of way to the project site, which is about 450 meters in length and traverses the property, exists on the Paliparan-Molino-Zapote Road.
- The project site is accessible via the following routes:
- South Express Way via Carmona then through G. Mariano Alvarez
- Coastal Highway then through Gen Aguinaldo Highway
- Quirino Avenue through Las Oinas and Zapote Road
- Via Sucat Avenue through Quirino Avenue then Zapote Road
- Via Alabang, Daang Hari then Molino
- Via subdivision giving right of way in the Bacoor side to Alabang
- New Daang Hari Road passes through the subdivision creating shorter access from Alabang Luzon Expressway traversing Filinvest City and Alabang Town Center exiting near Makro Warehouse located at Emilio Aguinaldo Highway.
- A few steps away from the new SM SuperCenter Molino.
- Five (5) kilometers from the site are shopping malls and supermarket development such as SM Shoe Mart, Robinson's and Makro.
- The site is within proximity to schools, churches, hospitals and clinics and the post office.
